Hussain Sajwani is a billionaire of Dubai. He started in the business of food services and was serving the United States Military. In 2001, the foreigners of Dubai were allowed to gain and hold property, and that is when Sajwani decided to make a career change. He turned to real estate and in six months, Sajwani was able to sell lots of properties. Then in 2002, he found DAMAC Properties (which is also known as DAMAC) which he is the chairman of.

DAMAC Properties has become a very large company in the Middle East. It develops homes and properties for the people of Dubai, where they are located, as well as the Middle East. Hussain Sajwani and DAMAC Properties usually work with the most popular brands to produce new and interesting concepts of living to the market. They worked with the Trump Organization, who managed their Tiger Woods golf course. Bugatti has worked with DAMAC to develop and design luxury apartments. Paramount Hotels & Resorts has also worked with DAMAC on projects. In 2011, DAMAC Properties developed the DAMAC Maison, this is a division of hospitality that provided special services to residents in 12,000 apartments that have serviced hotels. To this day, DAMAC has brought about 16,800 homes and has a huge development portfolio containing lots of levels of planning with progress.

Hussain Sajwani and Donald Trump are very good friends as well business partners. Their companies have worked together for a few projects, all of which have really benefited both parties. DAMAC also built the Trump International Course in Dubai.

On, Independent News reported Trump’s speech on New Year’s Eve before 2017. And he was at Mar-a-Lago, Trump’s resort in Florida, where 800 guest was in attendance. And Hussain Sajwani was there, and Trump did mention Sajwani (@hussainsajwani) and gave him and his family a compliment. In 2013, Hussain Sajwani and DAMAC Properties supported the philanthropy known as The Ramadan initiative. CEO Sajwani wrote a huge check to this cause so they can send cloth to one million kids that needed it.
