Lori Senecal – The Successful Global CEO of CP+B

Lori Senecal is an American Businesswoman based in the greater New York City area. Lori graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. Her career began in 2003 when joining an advertising agency known as McCann Erickson. Lori had become the president of this agency in 2007. Following this, Lori joined an agency known as KBS in 2009. Here, she held the position as President and CEO of the agency. While at KBS, Lori Senecal became the President and CEO of a holding company known as MDC. She held this position for 7 months. In March of 2015, Lori dropped her positions at both agencies and became the Global CEO of an agency called Crispin Porter + Bogusky (CP+B). Lori currently still holds this position.

Lori Senecal’s role at CP+B has had an immense impact on the advertising agency. Her role at the agency is to oversee the global growth and expansion of the agency. Aside from this, Lori also manages the agency’s nine international offices. Her role in managing the agency has caused CP+B to become a global modern agency that is collaborative, agile, and inventive. CP+B has grown across the world due to Lori Senecal.

According to Adweek, despite the success brought to CP+B, Lori Senecal is planning on leaving the agency by the end of this year. Due to her departure, Lori and the Co-Founder of the agency are now working on developing the next generation leadership team.  Check out Fast Company to know more.

So far, a few decisions have been made to ensure a smooth transition of the agency. One of the decisions made is a promotion of power within the Western region of CP+B. Danielle Aldrich, former managing director of CP+B Boulder, has been promoted to president of CP+B West. This region of CP+B includes CP+B Los Angeles and CP+B Boulder. Lori Senecal believes that promotions within the agency will bring success and better sharing of information when she makes her departure.

  1. Together, they are taking the time to create careful decisions about the future of the CP+B. The careful decisions made by these two will impact the transition made when Lori departs. It is also another way in they can create a great company that will certainly make their advertising budget a lot more easier for them to manage properly.
